Choose your recipient and timing
Enter who should receive this. Then choose when: a specific date, a milestone event, or leave it to a trusted guardian.
Milestones: wedding day, 18th birthday, first child, graduation — or any custom date you choose.

Add a trusted guardian
Your guardian notifies Continuum when the time comes. This can be a family member, close friend, doctor, or funeral director.
We partner with funeral homes and hospice organizations who can serve as institutional guardians.
